Is
buying these CDs safe through Your website?
Yes. Buying CDs is 100% safe! We accept most major credit cards
and guarantee secure online shopping. We use the most powerful
privacy systems available - much safer than using your credit
card in person, by mail, or by phone.
I
feel uncomfortable with using my credit card online. Can I still
buy the album?
Sure. Even though surveys confirm that it's actually safer to
use credit cards online than in a restaurant for example, we
absolutely understand Your concern. Our official retailer Starland
Music offers flexible options to purchase Your CDs. You can
place Your order by phone, fax or regular mail.
I
don't have a credit card. How do I order CDs without one?
No worries. Our partner Starland Music accepts checks, money
orders, international money orders and cash in addition to all
major credit cards. All orders can be phoned, faxed or mailed.
When
will my CD arrive?
In the USA, if You get one or two CDs, they send by first class
mail. Your CD will arrive in 3-5 days. If you get more than
two CDs, they send by priority mail. Your CDs will arrive in
2-3 days. Outside of the
USA, Starland Music uses Global Priority Mail. Sometimes they
take only 2 days! Usually, 5-6 days. Starland Music can remove
the plastic "jewelbox" around the CD, and send You just the
CD and paper artwork if You wish. This saves You not only postage,
but usually won't be opened by customs, either.
What
happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?
Just let us know and we will send You another one immediately.

I buy more multiple CDs to use as gifts for my friend and associates?
Absolutely. If You're planning to order more than 10 CDs we
would suggest contacting us in order to negotiate a better discount.
